Owner of the Chris Lloyd Real Estate Team (CLRET) and Principal Broker of Coast To Coast Real Estate, Inc. After graduating from the Virginia Military Institute, I started my career at Newport News Shipbuilding. After deciding that shipbuilding was not the career that I wanted to pursue, I decided to get my real estate license in June of 2021 and have been at it since. I actively invest in real estate through Mid-term Rentals and have helped countless of clients acquire properties through a variety of investment methods such as house-hacking, traditional buy and hold, live-in-flips, assumptions and more.
Outside of real estate I love to smoke meats, ride mountain bikes, and take my dog Millie for walks!
